Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
84-0 Games ("84-0", "we", "us") operates 84-0.com and the games on it. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: you can play every game without an account, and we collect as little as we can.
Information you give us
- Account details (optional). If you create an account we store your email address, a username you choose, and a password (stored in hashed form — we can never see it). Accounts exist so your results, streaks and leaderboard entries can follow you.
- Game results. When you're signed in, your scores — daily-challenge results and perfect-run records — are saved to your account and may appear on public leaderboards next to your username. Your email address is never shown publicly.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics and Realtimely to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and gameplay events (e.g. a game started or finished). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
- Local storage. The games store small amounts of data in your browser (your theme preference, daily-challenge progress, streaks) so the site works smoothly. This stays on your device.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Our analytics providers may set cookies. If advertising appears on the site, advertising partners may also use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads; any such partners are listed in our ads.txt file.
The 84-0 iOS app: advertising and tracking
The free 84-0 mobile app is supported by ads served through Playwire and its partner ad networks (including AppLovin and the networks it mediates). In the app:
- Tracking permission. The app may ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites using Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you allow it, our advertising partners may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and advertising data to serve more relevant ads and to measure ad performance. If you decline, you still get ads — just less personalized ones.
- What ad partners may collect. Device identifiers, IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device information, and ad-interaction data (which ads were shown and tapped), under their own privacy policies.
- App analytics. The app uses Firebase Analytics (Google) to understand feature usage and crashes — device information, usage events, and diagnostic data, not used to identify you personally.
- Your controls. You can decline or revoke tracking permission any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and reset your advertising identifier in the same settings.
How we use information
- To run the games, accounts, and leaderboards.
- To understand usage and improve the site.
- To keep the leaderboards fair (e.g. detecting falsified scores).
- To support advertising that keeps the games free, where applicable.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing email.
Where your data lives
Account data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics and Realtimely under their own privacy policies. The site is hosted on Vercel.
Your choices
- Play anonymously. No account is required for any game.
- Delete your account. Contact us (below) and we'll delete your account and its associated data.
- Block analytics. Browser settings, content blockers, and Google's opt-out tools all work here.
Children
The site is a free game suitable for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 — if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
