Overview

84-0.com ("84-0", "we", "our", or "us") offers free-to-play sports games where users can compete for leaderboard rankings and promotional prizes.

Participation in any contest, leaderboard competition, giveaway, or promotion on 84-0.com constitutes acceptance of these Rules & Regulations and any other applicable website policies.

No purchase, payment, donation, or other consideration is required to participate or win.

Eligibility

Participants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
• Maintain a valid and active 84-0 account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Use only one account per individual.

84-0 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, and immediate family members of 84-0 may be deemed ineligible to receive prizes at the sole discretion of 84-0.

Participation is void where prohibited by law.

Weekly Leaderboard Prize

The participant who finishes in 1st place on the Weekly Leaderboard at the conclusion of the applicable contest week will receive:

$250 Gift Card

Weekly winners will be announced every Monday through the official 84-0 X account: x.com/84and0.

Monthly Leaderboard Prize

The participant who finishes in 1st place on the Monthly Leaderboard at the conclusion of the applicable calendar month will receive:

$1,000 Gift Card

Monthly winners will be announced on the first day of the following month through the official 84-0 X account: x.com/84and0.

Prize Details

Gift card brands and issuers may vary.

84-0 reserves the right to substitute any advertised prize with a gift card, prize, or reward of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

All prizes:

• Are non-transferable.
• Have no cash value unless required by law.
• May not be exchanged for cash through 84-0.
• Are subject to verification before being awarded.

Winner Determination

Leaderboard standings displayed on 84-0.com at the conclusion of the applicable contest period will determine winners.

In the event of a tie, 84-0 reserves the right to determine the winner using one or more of the following methods:

• Highest win percentage.
• Longest winning streak.
• Earliest achievement of leaderboard position.
• Random draw.
• Any other reasonable tie-breaking method selected by 84-0.

All decisions made by 84-0 regarding rankings, standings, eligibility, and prize awards are final.

Winner Verification

Potential winners may be required to:

• Verify their identity.
• Verify ownership of the winning account.
• Provide a valid email address.
• Provide proof of age, residency, or eligibility.
• Complete any required documentation.

Failure to respond within fourteen (14) days of notification may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

84-0 reserves the right to deny or revoke prizes obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these rules.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Participants may not:

• Create or operate multiple accounts.
• Share accounts with other users.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any artificial method to gain an advantage.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics.
• Manipulate leaderboard results or rankings.
• Interfere with the operation of the website or contests.
• Engage in any activity deemed unfair by 84-0.

84-0 reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and may suspend, remove, disqualify, or permanently ban accounts at its sole discretion.

Disqualified participants forfeit all rankings, prizes, and eligibility.

Prize Delivery

Verified winners will generally receive prize instructions within a reasonable period following confirmation.

84-0 is not responsible for:

• Incorrect contact information provided by participants.
• Lost, delayed, blocked, or undelivered emails.
• Technical failures beyond its control.
• Issues caused by third-party gift card providers.

Public Winner Announcements

By participating, users agree that if selected as a winner, 84-0 may publicly display:

• Username
• Leaderboard position
• Prize won

Winner announcements may appear on:

• 84-0.com
• Official social media accounts
• Marketing and promotional materials

No additional compensation will be provided for such use.

Contest Modifications

84-0 reserves the right to:

• Modify contest formats.
• Change prize amounts.
• Adjust scoring systems.
• Update leaderboard rules.
• Suspend, postpone, or cancel contests.
• Amend these Rules & Regulations at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting.

Jurisdiction Restrictions

84-0 reserves the right to restrict or prohibit participation from any jurisdiction where contests, prize competitions, giveaways, or promotional activities require registration, bonding, licensing, permits, tax withholding, governmental approval, or other regulatory compliance obligations.

84-0 reserves the right to withhold, deny, void, or cancel any prize award if providing the prize would violate applicable laws or regulations in the participant's jurisdiction.

Participants are solely responsible for determining whether participation is lawful in their location.

Any contest, leaderboard, giveaway, promotion, or prize offer is void where prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, users agree that 84-0, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim, expense, or liability arising out of participation in any contest, leaderboard competition, or acceptance of any prize.

Participation is at the participant's own risk.

Acceptance of Rules

By creating an account, participating in any contest, appearing on any leaderboard, or otherwise using 84-0.com, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Rules & Regulations.

All decisions made by 84-0 concerning eligibility, rankings, prize awards, and contest administration are final and binding.
